Garden Party

First Supper Club, June 2023.

Tonight was something I prayed for- when I moved to Austin, I didn't know anyone. I so desperately wanted girl friends who shared my interests. Tonight, new friends gathered around my table to share a meal for my first official "Supper Club."

As a host, I believe seamless hospitality and thorough preparation are essential. Welcoming guests with a premade signature drink or an individual appetizer immediately sets a gracious, inviting tone for the evening.

For this gathering, I prepared the main course—grilled chicken and steak skewers—while guests contributed summer-inspired side dishes for a refined potluck style.

Presentation is everything to me. Each place setting featured a water glass and a small charcuterie cup as a warm, inviting welcome.

It was a lovely night; we talked and talked until well after dark.
